Shipping policy
Everything we send leaves our door in Adelaide. Here's exactly what it costs, when it arrives, and what happens if something isn't right.
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide from Unley, South Australia. Every order is packed by hand at the Temple Day Spa treatment rooms where Nest & Temple began. We don't currently ship outside Australia.
What shipping costs

Free standard shipping, once you've earned it, stays earned — adding anything else to your cart won't take it away. Express is a flat $8.95 on every order, including orders that already qualify for free standard shipping.
When it arrives
Orders placed before 2pm ACST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Everything else goes out the next business day.
- Standard — metro (Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra): 2–4 business days
- Standard — regional and remote: 3–8 business days
- Standard — Perth, Darwin and Tasmania: allow an extra 1–2 business days
- Express — metro: 1–2 business days
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned. During sale periods and around public holidays, add a day or two.
Large and wholesale orders
If you need a large quantity — for a retail store, a hamper run, corporate gifting or an event — please contact us directly or apply through our wholesale programme. We'd genuinely rather talk to you than have a large order land unannounced.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Email us at hello@nestandtemple.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid. You won't need to send the damaged item back.
If you've changed your mind
Our 30-night promise. If the Sleep Ritual Spray doesn't help you wind down, message us within 30 nights of delivery and we'll refund your order in full. You don't need to send it back. The full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Your rights
Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they aren't of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
